An exciting opportunity has become available for a Centre Manager to join the team and encourage our little one's true potential in a nurturing environment at our Blair Athol, Genius childcare centre.
Your new centre: Genuis Blair Athol is a modern, purpose built early learning centre that offers early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. The Centre has 6 rooms, yoga room and sensory/art room
The purpose-built facilities have been designed to inspire a love of learning in the children. Each space indoors is well-resourced to ensure the children have access to what they need for their daily activities.
Your new role: Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care Manage your centres performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centres KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families. What YOU need: Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre Who we are: Genius Childcare we offer innovative and holistic early years education for preschool-aged children with state-of-art facilities and a diverse and thoughtful curriculum.
