Seeking a hands-on Centre Manager for the Northern Territory's newest shopping centre,
Gateway Shopping Centre located in Darwin.
This standout shopping centre boasts 42,000 GLA of retail with over 100 speciality stores, Woolworths, Big W and Darwin's only V-Max Event Cinema.
Reporting to the National Director, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre, including but not limited to:
Tenant inquiries
Weekly and monthly reporting
Rent reviews and renewals
Preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews
Managing policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners' vision for success.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working as a Centre Manager for a large shopping centre or in a regional location
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of financial acumen
The ability to manage all stakeholders' expectations, both internal and external
A positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference
