Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead Forest Lake Shopping Centre and Nerang Mall with a focus on excellence, compliance and financial performance.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Forest Lake, with a requirement to travel to Nerang on a rotating basis.This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their real estate career and manage two exceptional assets.Forest Lake Shopping Centre is a one-stop retail destination with 80 retailers, while Nerang is a pivotal suburban centre with 36 retailers.Key responsibilities:Manage the centre to the highest standards of presentation and risk management.Effectively market the centre to enhance stakeholder engagement.Build strong retailer relationships for mutual business benefits.Achieve positive audit results in WH&S and financial administration.Maximise net returns and manage budgets efficiently.Implement income-generating initiatives throughout the year.Lead, manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.About YouYou will possess comprehensive knowledge of retail lease legislation and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
Your confidence and ability to think on your feet will empower you to make effective decisions that drive QIC shopping centre targets.
