We are searching for a candidate who will form relationships with all our families, and ensure their experience is smooth and flawless.
We are looking for a passionate Centre Manager, who is committed to supporting their team and exceeding the standard of Early Education in Australia.
Our Centre Manager will have the full support of their management team (Operations, HR, Accounts, Payroll, Marketing and Business Support) mentoring and guiding them to be the best they can be.
About the role A qualified and experienced Centre Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing finances, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Your tasks and duties may include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare centre, including staff management, scheduling, and program implementation.Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.Leading Assessment and RatingImplementing policies and procedures to support the centre's goals and objectives.Managing the budget and financial aspects of the centre, including timesheets, and expenses.Collaborating with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.Training and supervising childcare staff to ensure high-quality care and education for children.Planning and organising educational programs and activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the centre and implementing improvements as needed.Communicating effectively with families about their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns.Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the centre's programs and services.Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements.Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.Working with us is more than just a job … it's a lifestyle.
