The position is a full-time, non-contact role, working a 38-hour week. Mulberry Tree Child Care has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team. We are seeking a high performing leader with the drive to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and their families and have an experience to lead the service to provide high-quality Child Care centre.

Diploma in Children's Service (Education and Care) or an ACECQA approved qualification. Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid Certificates. Current WWCC. Knowledge and understanding of My Time, Our Place Framework. Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law. Ideal Candidate: A Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, children, families, and community. Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Inspiring leader and positive role model. Personal and professional aspirations to make the childcare industry that of a high professional standard. A willingness to be a part of the bigger picture. A readiness to go above and beyond for the children and families. A passion to make a difference in every child's learning journey.
