This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality renal services, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and fostering a supportive and culturally sensitive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality care and effective management of resources.Providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and continuous professional development.Monitoring performance, reporting outcomes, and ensuring adherence to budgets, governance frameworks, and targets.Managing recruitment, performance management, and staff mentoring to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.Collaborating and liaising closely with the KRS Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for renal health services in the region.Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, clinical governance, and reporting requirements.Supporting prevention initiatives and chronic disease management in the community.Promoting a culturally safe environment for patients and staff, aligned with the principles of Aboriginal Health Care and Community Control.Who are we looking for? To qualify for this role you will have proven leadership and management experience, with a background in clinical experience including a minimum of 3 years managing teams in a health service environment.
