Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre located in Wentworth Point. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and administration of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff. 
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.Work towards achieving financial goals and sustainability.Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.Priorities the health and safety of all children in serviceAssisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as: activity preparation and mealtimesLead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the serviceMaintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily informationAssisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as: activity preparation and mealtimesAssuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government RegulationsQualifications and Skills: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.Minimum one year experience in a Centre Director/Management role within a childcare setting. Current paid working with children check, current First aid & CPR. National Police Check (within 6 months). Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.Competitive salary based on experience.Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.Uniform provided.Complementary parking.
