If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing your team while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives.
About you You will be an exceptional degree-qualified early childhood leader with a special interest in diversity and inclusion. You will have a strong interest in building the team's skills, philosophy and child-centered practices, from the ground up.

You must Have a university qualification in Early Childhood Education, which meets the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor and registration with NESA. Have demonstrated commitment to inclusion. Have previous experience as a centre director with excellent pedagogical practice informed by the Early Years Learning Framework and best practice in inclusion. Experience delivering inclusive and integrated services for families, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged families. Have strong communication skills and commercial acumen. Have a commitment to safety. Have a strong working knowledge of all areas of the National Quality Framework. Have the desire to lead, motivate and encourage your team.
