Centre Director - Mascot Our client is an exceeding childcare centre located in Mascot. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead and manage this 80 place service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and children Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and success Lead training and promote professional growth Successful applicants will have: Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent Valid Working with Children Check An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) In-depth knowledge of centre operations and regulatory awareness Strong communication and interpersonal skill Excellent mentoring and leadership skills A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education Right to Work in Australia without restriction Ideally, 2 years experience as a Centre Director, or in a similar position Offering $110k-$120k, dependent on experience Yearly bonuses up to $15,000 On-site parking Full-time, permanent employment Employee discount schemes, including reduced health club memberships, flights and high-street shopping How To Apply If you are interested in the above position, please send your resume to ****** or call 0483 904 806 for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
