Full time off the floor positionPaying up to $125,000 plus superWe are seeking a completely off the floor director for a 90-place privately owned centre in the Kellyville area which caters for children from the ages of 0 - 6 years old. Our vision is to create a high-quality Early Childhood environment that strives to continually grow and evolve, impacting the lives of children, families, educators, and the wider community in many ways.

This privately owned centre is a long day care centre and preschool serving parents in the Kellyville, Rousehill, Quakers Hill, Riverstone, and the surrounding suburbs of the Western Area of Sydney.

Responsibilities include: You will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality care and education is provided on and off the floor.You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations.You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists, developing collaborative relationships with children, families, and the local community.Overseeing the curriculum alongside the educational leader & 2IC. Your skills in leading, mentoring, and developing connected relationships within the centre team, children, and families will be essential to your success in this position.

Essential Criteria: A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualifications are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA).At least 2 years' experience in a large centre director role.Valid Working with Children's Check.Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS.Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators.Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
