Education & Childcare Services Perth - Northern Suburbs & Joondalup Permanent / Full Time Job No: 268979 Our stunning Nido Early School Duncraig is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our purpose-built 92 place service with wonderful families, children, and educators.
ABOUT THE SERVICE: Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 6 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and unique atelier.
Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader.
Short walk from the local shopping centre and 5 minute drive from the beach.
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-6:30pm - Monday-Friday.
BENEFITS: Full time role available - 4 day applicants would also be considered.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
Have a minimum of 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.
In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children.
Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights.
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
