Frenchs Forest Early Learning Centre is looking for an experienced, hands on, and dedicated Centre Director for our new state of the art 142 place centre in Frenchs Forest.
You will need to have a passion for education, love children and the ability to positively lead a team.

Frenchs Forest Early Learning Centre is a family owned and operated Early Childhood centre.
Our owner has another highly successful service in Sydney's South East.
In addition she is very hands on and supportive.
The service has recently been renovated and will be equipped with completely new state of the art resources.
Frenchs Forest is a growing area where multiple units are being planned with the relocation of Forest High School.
In addition, the centre is located in the same precinct as Flip Out, My 1st Gym and Aussie Gems (Dance/ Gymnastics and Cheer Leading).
The owner has already started to reach out to these neighbours to build partnerships.
You will be greatly supported by the owner in terms of meeting the objectives.
The service is expected to open in February 2025.
It will include an in house chef, and be all inclusive in the fee (including a leading education program, all food, nappies wipes) .

The position available is for Full-Time working Monday - Friday.
It is an off the floor position where you must be visible to parents at the start of the day.
A few of the Key responsibilities in this role include:
Manage the day to day operations of the service, in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to all staff, by being hands on and leading by example
Ensure that high quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of educators
Manage staffing rosters efficiently
Deliver consistent high quality standards for centre presentation and work practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community
Successful applicants must have:
Ideally (but not essential) and ECT qualification
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director
Proven track record of driving occupancy
Proven track record of hosting successful centre tours
A high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Self Assessment including experience with spot checks visits
A Sound understanding of CCS and OWNA
The ability to effectively communicate with a range of audiences, whilst supporting a collaborative, inclusive, and well-functioning environment.
An ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.
A willingness to undertake and co-ordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators
