Our client is a well-established early childhood organisation catering for children aged between 0 to 6 years searching for an experienced Centre Director to lead their Centre in the Inner West Sydney area.
About You: Highly experienced and enthusiastic This position is suited for a motivated individual wanting a challenge, with significant experience within the Early Childhood field that understands the role very well Poses strong leadership skills to be able to manage a team of educators Be confident in office tasks/admin duties Implementing and driving the delivery of a curriculum that meets the needs, interests, and strengths of each child in conjunction with staff and families Mentoring a team of passionate and dedicated educators Building relationships with families and partnerships with the community Managing the centre's budget and administrative requirements Role modeling behaviours and practices in relation to all NQF indicators To be successful in this role, you will possess: A Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards their ECT Experience as a Director within an early childhood environment Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificates A Working with Children Check Clearance (or completed the application process for new check) For further information, please apply for the role and we will be in touch.
