Let us provide you with more information.Whatdoes the role involveReporting to the Committee of Management, you will be the guiding force behind the Centre, working with our wonderful staff to ensure highest possible care and learning. You will work with the Committee on annual and longer-term plans, promoting the Centre, financial management and all aspects of staffing and Centre administration.This is a hands-on role that will require you to drive the overall operations and management of the centre whilst supporting and developing the centre's Teachers and Educators with varied experience and qualification levels.What we need in the roleThe Centre Director will possess strong leadership qualities and a wealth of knowledge and expertise to drive the implementation of quality practices.We are seeking an accomplished leader who encourages and enables personal and professional growth and adopts a variety of approaches to ensure our staff achieve optimal performance and satisfaction.The Committee will look to the Director to be an industry expert, guiding the development of policy and practice as well as anticipating and planning for regulatory or other changes that may provide challenges or opportunities.Administrative and financial efficiency will be a priority for you to ensure we remain sustainable, minimise fee increases and direct maximum resources to the education, care and service to our community.This position would suit an existing Director looking for a new challenge or an experienced Assistant Director is ready to take the next step in their career.What responsibilities form part of this role?Supporting the Committee of Management in strategic and annual planning and monitoring of Centre performancePlanning and overseeing the delivery of quality, sustainable, compliant and safe kindergarten and childcare services and programs.Developing and implement plans to maximise enrolments and occupancy and satisfaction of current and prospective familiesManaging all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, performance, professional development, safety and wellbeing and remuneration and creating a culture of achievement and satisfaction.Providing high level support to develop annual budgets and manage all financial, administrative and other operations of the CentreWhy you should work with usYou will be joining a dedicated team supported by a passionate Committee with a diverse skill set.
