Be The Face Of Our Brand New Sale Service! Little Saints ELC is seeking a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset for an exceptional full-time opportunity. In this role, you will guide and support educators and families while building the foundational team for our new state-of-the-art facility in Sale.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full operation of the centre, including recruitment, compliance, and staff development.Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for children, families, and educators through your strong interpersonal skills.Lead and develop a high-performing team of educators.Foster strong relationships with families and the community.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of service.The successful applicant will have: A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.Previous experience as a centre manager (2+ years)Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to build positive relationships with Children, Families and EducatorsWWCCRight to work in Australia.Join us in creating an exceptional service experience!
