You will:
Lead with Vision: Inspire a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence to enhance our services.Create a Cohesive Team: Build and mentor a brand-new team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone cares for each other.Welcome New Families: Be the friendly face that greets and establishes lasting relationships with families, ensuring every child feels at home from day one.Recruitment & Succession Planning: Attract top talent and guide them to ensure the centre's future success.Manage Budgets & Agency Spend: Oversee costs to maintain financial sustainability.Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay proactive with regulations, keeping the centre compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.Efficient Rostering: Strategically staff the centre to meet the needs of children and families alike.Mentor Your Team: Lead by example, helping team members reach their fullest potential.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Centre Director.Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.Valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card (ACT), Working With Children WWCC (SA), or Blue Card (QLD).Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).If you're ready to launch a new centre with warmth, integrity, and a sense of fun, we'd love to hear from you.
