We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Director to lead our 40 place Childcare Centre. You have the opportunity to create the culture!What You'll Do:Partner with management to plan and bring the centre's vision to life before opening.Oversee daily operations with a focus on compliance, quality, and care.Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering growth and collaboration.Develop a standout educational program that promotes creativity and holistic development.Build lasting relationships with families, creating a vibrant, connected community.Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information.Assure the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations.What You Bring to the Table:Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).Experience in a leadership role within early education.
