You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.Our Hurstville Centre is a vibrant and fulfilling workplace, featuring a beautiful heritage-listed building with a capacity of 50 places, currently operating at 84%. This prime location combines stunning architecture with modern conveniences, ensuring that every day at work is enjoyable.Centrally located in Hurstville, our centre offers excellent public transport access via trains and buses, making commutes easy for both staff and families. You'll find a variety of shopping centres, cafés, and restaurants nearby, perfect for quick breaks or errands.We pride ourselves on cultivating a collaborative team culture that prioritises professional growth. Our purpose-built learning spaces are equipped with modern resources, while our on-site cook prepares fresh meals daily. The centre features beautifully designed outdoor areas, inviting exploration and play.As the Centre Director, you will lead and mentor a 3 room centre with 10 Early Childhood Professionals, enjoying opening hours from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
