We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Director in the Broadmeadow area to join our team and oversee the operation of a licensed childcare centre of just 39 places.
As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children ages 2 years to 5 years old.
This role has become available due to the retirement of the centre's long-serving Director.
We are seeking a passionate educator who wants to make the role their own.

Ongoing support will be available to you, and the outgoing Director will be available for a full and detailed handover to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed for the new role and are set up for success.
Your responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.Lead and support the professional development of the Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity.Our Requirements: ACECQA approved qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.A current Working with Children Check.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Commitment to ongoing professional development.An attractive salary package and incentives.Access a 50% gap fee discount on childcare fees.Purchase up to 2 weeks additional leave after 12 months of service.$1,000 staff referral bonus for every successful referral.Free onsite parking.Other Experienced Centre Managers available to support you along the way.Roles at this service do not become available often.
