We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Centre Manager, with exceptional attention to detail and a beautiful warm personality, who will greet our children, families and educators with open arms every morning.
Your day-to-day focus will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the centreProviding leadership and guidance to your teamManaging weekly rostersEnsuring the centre presents well and is compliant with all State Legislation and National Quality StandardsRecruiting, inducting and supporting new team membersEmbedding the Child Safe Standards within the everyday practices of the centreEffectively managing centre budgets and occupancyEnsuring health and safety standards are maintained at a high level at all timesEnsuring the centre always demonstrates exceeding levels of practice as outlined in the National Quality Standard.Maintaining a harmonious relationship with all centre stakeholdersEnsuring that all policies and procedures are implemented, embedded, evaluated and reviewed in conjunction with team members and families on a regular basis.Guiding the highest quality of curriculums and pedagogical documentationBuilding and engaging with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the communitySkills, Experience and Attributes: A Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood EducationPrevious experience as a centre manager or strong 2IC positionStrong knowledge of The Early Years Learning Framework, Assessment and Quality Rating Process, National Quality Standards and National Law and RegulationsStrong leadership skillsStrong knowledge of the NSW Child Safe StandardsExcellent personal presentationProficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge or willingness to learn XplorCurrent Working with Children Check and Police CheckChild Protection TrainingAnaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid CertificatesHighly organised with a strong ability to multi-taskAbility to create a strong team and supportive, happy cultureConfidence dealing with families, staff and the local communityHow to Apply: Click 'Apply Now' and submit your application.
