Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Roseberry House is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual with a deep commitment to Early Childhood Education to fill the position of Centre Director to lead our outstanding and close-knitted team at Glen Huntly.
About the role
This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned Centre Director to join Roseberry House Glen Huntly. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the early education centre, including managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for the children in our care.
What you'll be doing Provide strong leadership and management of the centre, including staff supervision, training and development Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements Foster positive relationships with families and the local community Manage the centre's budget and financial operations Oversee the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing professional development of educators Champion the Evolve Early Education brand and vision What we're looking for Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field 2 years+ of experience as a Centre Director Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and the community Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams Sound financial management skills and experience in budget planning and control Passion for providing high-quality early education and care What we offer
