A 60-place centre catering from birth to seven years, Elanora was established in 1977 as Devonport's first purpose built child care centre.

Tasks & Responsibilities You would be responsible for the efficient operation of the Centre, in line with legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures.
Lead, mentor and support educators in delivering the best possible outcomes for children.
Foster strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Oversee and guide quality curriculum and pedagogical practices.
Engage with local communities & build strong relationships with surrounding networks.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care with experience in the sector.
Current WWVP registration.
A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework.
Sound knowledge of child safeguarding and the national principles for child safe organisations.
Proficient in the use of technology.
