Position Overview:As the Childcare Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds and providing a high-quality early education experience. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our center, ensuring that it aligns with the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the teaching team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, curriculum development, and budget management.Educational Excellence: Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to create a stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. Monitor and enhance the quality of education provided.Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and the local community, maintaining open communication and involvement in the center's activities.Compliance: Ensure that the center complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.Staff Development: Support professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and maintain high-quality teaching practices.Qualifications & Experience:At least 1 year experience as an Early Childhood Director.A Diploma of Early Childhood or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field that is recognised by ACECQA.Proven experience in an Early Childhood Director role in a childcare setting.Strong knowledge of child development and early education principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both staff and children.Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
