Centre Director

About the Role:
As a Centre Manager with Expect a Star, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurturing educators in creating a positive start to a child's life of learning, development, growth, and opportunity. Located in Darwin, this long day care service offers high-quality education and care for children.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the centre operates in compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and relevant laws and regulations.Develop and implement new and creative methods to improve the service and educational practices.Lead and inspire a team of educators to foster a supportive and enjoyable work environment.Manage the centre's daily operations, achieving compliance goals and fulfilling financial objectives.Establish strong relationships with the local community, families, and stakeholders.Mentor and support the centre to meet or exceed national quality standards. Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood or Bachelor of Early Childhood.Unlimited Work Rights.Experience as a Centre Manager.Valid Blue Card or QCT registration.First Aid and CPR certification.
