As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

Join our Goodstart Kincumber team as a Centre Director!
Located conveniently in an industrial facility area, where there are 76-places from infants to preschoolers.
As the Director, you'll oversee a dedicated team of 28+ Early Childhood Professionals including educators, teachers, centre cooks, and administration assistants.Work alongside our long-standing Assistant Director.You'll have a unique opportunity to lead our vibrant community during the centre's bustling hours between 7AM – 5:30PM.This role offers the perfect blend of leadership, educational innovation, and community engagement, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a lasting impact in early childhood development.
