You will:Lead with Vision: Inspire and drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance our services.Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive.Recruitment & Succession Planning: Attract, develop, and retain top talent while planning for the future leadership of your centre.Manage Agency Spend: Oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability.Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring that our centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.Effective Rostering: Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places.Mentorship: Guide and mentor your team, empowering them to reach their full potential.What we're looking for:Proven Experience as a Centre Director and experience in a similar Leadership capacityCompleted Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood EducationWorking with Children Blue CardCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)If you're ready to lead with warmth, integrity, and a sense of fun, we'd love to hear from you.
