Location: South Brisbane Opportunity: Lead a New Service within Our Growing Organisation In this exciting position, you will lead a dedicated team of up to 100 professionals, ensuring we provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment for children and their families.
As the Director, your leadership will not only shape our new service but also make a lasting impact on the community.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate a Safety-First Culture: Lead by example, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health regulations.
Deliver High-Quality Educational Practice: Foster meaningful relationships while developing engaging programs tailored to children's needs.
Create an Inspiring Team Experience: Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional growth through effective mentoring.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage finances, staffing, and service operations to maintain a high standard of care.
Who You Are: You are an inspiring leader with a bachelor's in early childhood education (or equivalent) and extensive management experience in education and care services.
Your effective communication skills, commitment to child welfare, and ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders will set you apart.
