Providing high quality care and leadership this position will oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre. Responsibilities: $80,000 - $130,000 + superannuation Overseeing the daily operations of the center in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and financial objectives are achieved Building positive professional relationships is key within the local community, children and families Providing mentorship and support to ensure the center meets or exceeds National Quality Standards Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
