The centre has 6 rooms and with our educator to child ratios in place to enable the best learning experience for the children, we can accommodate up to 84 children.
The Role We are seeking a Director who is committed to building and maintaining exceeding practice and someone who excels when working in collaborative and supportive teams. The successful applicant is a reflective leader who is motivated, ambitious and dedicated to safeguarding children and young people.
To be successful in this position you will need to possess: Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework Current WWVP Check, and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate Experience in day-to-day management of an Early Childhood Centre In-depth understanding of Child Protection and obligations in a professional education setting What the Y offers you.
