You must have previous experience as a Director/ Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood service (minimum one year). Applicants must hold an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Current Working with Children Check. Current Police Check (within 6 months). Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration Ability to lead and develop teams and to work alongside Directors and report to the Area Manager Highly developed time management skills Able to travel to all other centres in Sydney if required Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
