The program facilitates activities designed to enhance early childhood learning based on the needs and interest of the children, including the cultural, physical, social, emotional, language and learning development needs. About the role The position supports and mentors local staff and qualified educators to lead a safe, joyful, both-ways education and care service for children aged 0 to 5 and their families. This position has a particular focus on driving continual improvement towards the National Quality Standards and developing the local workforce.
