About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Alcohol and Drug Service. The Intake Administrative Officer provides support to the Centalised Intake Team within the O'Brien Centre to deliver administrative services. The main duties include responding appropriately to a high volume of phone calls and emails and updating patient information management systems in accordance with the Networks Values and expectations. The Administrative Officer will also work as part of an overall administration team and assist with supporting their team members.
