The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Project Liaison to be a critical link between our clients and internal teams.
This is a rewarding role where you'll collaborate with sales, design, production, and project management teams, as well as external architects and engineers, to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Your primary focus will be ensuring a seamless journey for our clients, from project creation through the design phase and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand and articulate their project specifications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met.
Support clients through the design process, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and reporting.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A strong customer service mindset and the ability to engage clients effectively.
