Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person's ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.About the RoleReporting to the Manager - Central Support, you will manage staff enquiries and provide critical support to our operational sites, undertaking tasks that enhance performance across the organisation. This is a full time role based in Mildura, alternatively the office location is available in Ovens/Grampians areas.Manage daily staff enquiries, conduct audits, and provide feedback on Provider Appointments and job search assessments;Monitor Participant MORs, guidelines, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance;Build professional relationships with internal MADEC staff and provide practical support to participants;Use reporting to identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are achieved within required timeframes;Maintain accurate participant files and information systems.About youTo excel in this role, you will bring:Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;Well-developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills;The ability to manage conflict and navigate challenging situations professionally;Experience working with KPIs and achieving performance targets.A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.Ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic team committed to success?
