About the role Reporting to the Manager - Central Support, you will manage staff enquiries and provide critical support to our operational sites, undertaking tasks that enhance performance across the organisation.
Manage daily staff enquiries, conduct audits, and provide feedback on Provider Appointments and job search assessments;Monitor Participant MORs, guidelines, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance;Build professional relationships with internal MADEC staff and provide practical support to participants;Use reporting to identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are achieved within required timeframes;Maintain accurate participant files and information systems.Discover the perfect work-life balance with this part-time role, offering a manageable 24-hour work week.
Desired Skills and Experience To excel in this role, you will bring:
Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;Well-developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills;The ability to manage conflict and navigate challenging situations professionally;Experience working with KPIs and achieving performance targets.A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
