Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
Preferred qualifications: Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.
Ability to pay attention, convey opinions and recommendations both in speaking and writing.
Ability to operate with empathy and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data.

Responsibilities Own the centralized reorganization (reorg) process and standards.
Act as advisor to Front-line HR and the business across the full reorg life-cycle, from early ideation to landing and communications change management.
Identify risks associated with proposed organizational changes, raise to and influence appropriate parties accordingly.
Partner with HR COEs, including Benefits and Internal Mobility, to ensure appropriate support is provided to impacted Googlers and ensure smooth execution of the reorg.
Consult with local HR, Labor Relations, and our Legal Partners to execute on Workers Councils and other regional compliance requirements.
