Job Description Based out of our West Australian main office in Wangara, we are looking for 3 motivated, hands-on Rental Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service through safe and efficient administration activities within the branches. The role of a Central Rental Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal support function for the administrative components of the Western Region branch network as required.
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager - South West, the successful candidates will:  Identify customer needs and provide suitable equipment rental solutions. Aim to convert all sales opportunities, adding value for the customer. Assist branches with daily administrative tasks. Alleviate administrative duties for branch-based Rental Service Coordinators (RSCs). Develop and manage quotes for equipment supply. Review and manage the validity of existing quotes. Enter and manage rental contracts, including off-hiring upon contract expiration. Manage the life cycle of customer contracts by ensuring all information is correct and up to date. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure equipment availability. Liaise with suppliers and customers to provide logistics solutions.
