As a key member of the teaching team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Diploma of Nursing students. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality training, guiding students in developing essential skills needed to become successful trainers and assessors across various industries. You will design and deliver comprehensive programs focused on vocational training, assessment methods, and compliance with VET standards. With a strong focus on practical, outcome-driven education, you will equip students with the expertise to assess competencies and deliver effective training. By staying current with industry trends, you will ensure that your teaching practices meet the evolving needs of the sector.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant teaching and vocational training experience and expertise in using contemporary teaching methodologies. You will confidently manage applications, oversee projects, adhere to VET guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A minimum of three years' experience in the Nursing sector. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116), or a higher-level qualification in adult education (Desirable).
