About us:
CQ Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service. The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset - "our people". The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:
The Workforce Division is undergoing significant change to meet the needs of the organisation. This role will support the Team Leader and senior management of Workforce Division in defining business needs, identifying and filling skills gaps, and implementing change to build an agile and proactive unit capable of supporting the Health Service as it undertakes significant change in the management of recruitment services. This position has a significant contribution to make in Recruitment towards streamlining processes, initiating improvements and delivering new services.
About you:
Vocational or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields would be well regarded. Identify and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement and potential problems within Recruitment. Facilitate the delivery of training, education and awareness for line managers regarding recruitment and selection. Develop procedural guidelines and monitor data integrity within scope of position to increase efficiency and maintain legislative compliance. What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 is comprised of:
