Full Time Permanent Contract Join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.
Salary: $87,106 to $101,575 per annum
Use your written communication skills to make a difference Grow your career using diverse and challenging skills About The Role The Medical Correspondence Officer is responsible for receiving, processing and maintaining client's medical correspondence and records in a manner that is compliant with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements and in line with Congress' policies and procedures.
What we are looking for? A Person With: Relevant tertiary qualification in administration or health, or relevant and equivalent experience. A high-level understanding of comprehensive primary health care processes and medical terminology. Well-developed communication and organisational skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all medical correspondence and records. High level computer skills including experience with a patient information system. Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with minimal supervision. The willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
