Ideal Candidate We are currently seeking a cross-trained "Hospitality Allrounder" who can work between reception and housekeeping to join our great team in Darwin. To be successful in this role youmust have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery.
Attributes The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Reliable and punctual. Hotel Front office experience A genuine friendly approach to staff and guests is essential. A willingness to work as part of a team or independently. Good knowledge of hotels orthe serviced apartment industry and procedures is desirable. Flexibility to work a varied roster including weekends. Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. An eye for detail, professional personal presentation, and good organisational skills. Take pride in every detail of your work, upholding company standards. Knowledge of RMS, or similar reservation system, is a definite advantage but not essential If you see yourself working for a stable, nationally recognised company and feel that you have the above attributes, then we would like to hear from you.
