Ideal Candidate
We are currently seeking a cross-trained "Hospitality Allrounder" who can work between reception and housekeeping to join our great team in Darwin.
To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery.

Attributes
Reliable and punctual.
Hotel front office experience.
A genuine friendly approach to staff and guests is essential.
A willingness to work as part of a team or independently.
Good knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry and procedures is desirable.
Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends.
Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
An eye for detail, professional personal presentation, and good organisational skills.
Take pride in every detail of your work, upholding company standards.
Knowledge of RMS or a similar reservation system is a definite advantage but not essential.
