Exciting opportunities exist for candidates with experience in Human Resources (HR) to join our vibrant and collaborative team as an HR Business Partner. The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking to establish a pool of experienced, high performing and motivated individuals to join our energetic team. Successful candidates will be placed in a pool for a period of 6 months and may be considered for temporary and ongoing positions as they arise within the team.
About the Role Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will provide expert consultancy services, under broad direction, in the management and delivery of a significant employee relations service which targets current and future organisational needs. Strong business partnering with business and clinical leaders and/or line managers will be the key to achieving shared organisational objectives.
As a HR Business Partner, you will:
Lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions across the designated Programs/Directorates. Drive continuous improvement, performance and accountability. Drive a culture that assures the achievement of the organisational workforce goals and objectives. Be part of the Senior Leadership team within your program portfolio. Be involved in key strategic decisions and workforce planning for your program areas. Drive change, influence and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution and stakeholder engagement.
