Centorrino Technologies | Systems Administrator

Details of the offer

Join Centorrino Technologies: Innovate, Grow, and Thrive with Us! At Centorrino Technologies (CT), we're more than just tech—we're a community that goes beyond expectations. We've been recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2024 and one of the Best Places to Work Medium Size in Australia for 2024, with an outstanding eNPS score of 68. And we're not stopping there.
We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a highly motivated Systems Administrator to join us at a Client Site based in south-east Melbourne. We are open to discussing both fixed-term and ongoing opportunities to suit your preference.
As a Systems Administrator you will go above and beyond by providing local end-user discovery, support, and training on how to utilise technology more efficiently.
What you'll do: Manage, secure, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure. Develop and support cloud environments, especially Azure and M365. Maintain strong documentation practices for operational clarity. Ensure all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter. Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating positivity, approachability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help. Work with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more. What you'll bring: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or related roles. Strong knowledge of Azure and M365, with additional training provided for further development. Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar). Proficiency in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments. High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things. A positive and collaborative can-do attitude. Why You'll Love Working Here: Hybrid working (for the majority of our roles) with team anchor days to support collaboration. Extensive training and development opportunities that enable continual growth as part of your career planning. Extensive discounts and benefits to maximise your money. A choice of your IT equipment to maximise your success and access to cost-price tech for your personal needs. Fun team events to celebrate achievements and connect with colleagues outside work as part of our engaging culture. CT celebrates diversity and enables every voice to be heard as we drive to create the world we want. Apply today and be part of a team that values innovation, inclusivity, variety and diverse backgrounds.
Note: A valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required.
