As a Service Desk Administrator at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients with a focus in this role on Audio Visual (AV) technology.
Requirements
What you'll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for AV-related service desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Provide troubleshooting and support for AV hardware and software, digital signage, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AV equipment across client environments. Perform regular updates, testing, and configuration of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of AV technologies, including video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom). Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. What you'll bring:
Strong knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom), interactive displays, sound systems, and AV control systems. Experience in supporting and maintaining vendor specific solutions such as Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Yealink amongst others. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware and software issues efficiently with end users over the phone. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. Previous experience in an AV support or IT service desk role.
