We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager with a strong preference for having delivered Multi-factor authentication projects previously.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Run regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions and responsibilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify improvement areas. Facilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations. Identify and implement process and methodology improvements to streamline projects. What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desirable. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environment with a strong preference in delivering Multi-factor authentication projects. Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfaction. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
