About the Role We are currently recruiting a casual Customer Experience Officer to work on our Canberra campus.
The role supports the day-to-day campus operations, course delivery, scheduling, and course catering on the campus and at times will provide support to other business units.
Meeting and greeting students as they arrive on campus Addressing customer service inquiries via phone and email Addressing customer concerns, escalating where required Producing reports and analysing data Liaising with a cross-section of internal and external stakeholders Setting up the training room, laying out catering and cleaning after catering The ideal candidate will be.... Dynamic, hands-on, and flexible individual, able to work in a fast-paced and at times, ambiguous environment with ease. 2+ years in a customer-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to assist others with IT issues Team player with a great attitude The Culture We're all about connecting people and organisations with learning.
