About the Role: In this role you will:
Ensure efficient operation of process equipment, develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Develop output and cost improvement initiatives. Reduce the number and duration of equipment stops via determining root cause and implementing actions to prevent reoccurrence. Troubleshoot process problems to identify effective solutions. Provide technical support, information and recommendations to engineering, maintenance, line management and process operations. Ensure compliance with SHE standard and guidelines. Input into factory design and maintenance. Manage Cement & Clinker Quality and Variability. Provide technical support for capital projects, compose and submit Capital Expenditure Requests/Evaluations. Lead major plant equipment energy audits. Lead major plant equipment B level audits. Assist in the development & implementation of plant trials. About You: Qualifications:
Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) + 3 years' experience in a similar role and industry. Graduate Diploma in Process Management, desirable. Graduate Certificate in Process Engineering, desirable. 3 years' experience in a similar role with ball mills, vertical roller mills or combustion processes will be highly regarded.
