CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking dynamic Transport Coordinators to join our client's innovative EV transport operations in Perth, WA. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art electric vehicle fleet while playing a key role in Australia's sustainable transport future.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinating daily transport operations and managing driver schedules across the EV fleet Optimising routes and delivery schedules using advanced TMS systems Monitoring and managing national linehaul operations Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules specific to EV operations Liaising with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence Problem-solving and providing real-time solutions to operational challenges Managing fleet efficiency and charging schedules to maximise vehicle utilisation Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in transport coordination or similar operational role Practical knowledge of TMS systems and digital fleet management tools Strong understanding of national linehaul operations and logistics Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Adaptability and enthusiasm for new technology Capability to work independently and make quick decisions Interest in sustainable transport and EV technology (while specific EV experience isn't required, enthusiasm for the sector is valued) Benefits: Permanent role with a competitive salary plus superannuation Rostered shifts (4am-12pm and 11am-7pm), Monday to Friday Free secure on-site parking Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art electric vehicles and cutting-edge technology Career development in the growing sustainable transport sector Modern, well-equipped workplace Stable employment with a forward-thinking company Professional development opportunities To Apply:
