About the role Reporting to the Cellar Area Leaders, these roles are responsible for performing cellar activities safely, effectively, and efficiently to produce wines of the highest quality.
Support and maintain compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements Implement and maintain compliance with the food safety and quality management system by reporting food safety hazards and quality problems as they arise Maintain product quality throughout all cellar operations Work with the cellar and with the winemaking team to ensure product quality and production schedules are met Perform, continually develop, and enhance cellar practices to optimise equipment, systems, and personal effectiveness Ensure all cellar operation records are filled out correctly and in full as a true representation of the operations completed About you We are really open to the sort of experience you may have – you don't need to have previous cellar or warehouse experience as we will provide full training. The roles are shift-based across a rotating 24/6 roster with additional hours required over vintage periods (January to April). Whilst there will be expectations to work across your roster, we will also offer as much flexibility as possible to accommodate all the moments that matter in your life.
